Art Exhibition

Wedmore and its neighbouring communities are home to many talented amateur crafts people and painters and this year’s Wedmore Festival’s Art Exhibition displays a wide range of their work.  

There are new handicrafts included, alongside the more familiar, and a variety of art work.  Colour and texture are of the essence, from painters’ palettes, handbags and pottery to willow basket work and photos.

Enjoy sculpture, wood craft and all manner of stitchery, and more, including a surprise display of the last 20 years’ winners of the world renowned Wedmore Turnip Prize.
