HAZEL HUDSON HISTORY LECTURE
A guided “virtual” walk of Wedmore – presented by Phil Butterworth
12 midday, Saturday 17 May
Wedmore Village Hall BS28 4EQ
Hazel Hudson was born in Wedmore and can trace her family in the parish back to the late 1400s. For over 35 years she has researched the history of the parish, a huge task which still continues.
One of our largest ever lunchtime audiences for the Hazel Hudson local history lecture.
What Hazel doesn’t know about Wedmore isn’t worth knowing and we are so grateful she allowed us to share her considerable archive and historical research. The presentation was expertly delivered by our own Phil Butterworth and we all learned so much about the place we call home.
Thank you to both Hazel and to Phil.
