Savour the stories and flavours of wine throughout the ages in this entertaining and informative talk with tastings and a quiz.

David Wright, an accredited lecturer for The Arts Society, will tell the story of the origins of wine to the present day (a period spanning 7,000 years). His presentation will be accompanied by slides illustrating the influences and history of this drink which has been enjoyed for centuries around the
world.

The talk will be punctuated with three blind wine tastings, and guests will be challenged to guess the grape, country and vintage.
