Golfing fans were delighted to hear our speaker golf pro Liam Harper on Tuesday. We learned that he initially took up the game as a youngster as a way to spend quality time with his busy father.

The key takeaways from the session, to improve your game (and these lessons probably apply to any challenge you take on in life) were – targeted practice, game management and good nutrition.

It was certainly reassuring to the audience that even Liam still makes the odd duff shot on the fairway.
