Proud chef-owner of restaurant Puro in Clevedon, Tommy Thorn tells the secret of what makes this award-winning restaurant so special and how he achieved 2 AA Rosettes and his first mention in the Michelin Guide.
One of the region’s favourite chefs shares his culinary journey which saw him transform from an aimless 16-year-old to a finalist in Masterchef the Professionals 2023. Tommy lifts the lid on his brutal, inspiring quest which took him via local restaurants such as Thornbury Castle, Lucknam Park and the Ethicurean to high-class London restaurants.
Tommy will reveal the memories, the challenges and the characters and may even have a little treat in store!
