Proud chef-owner of restaurant Puro in Clevedon, Tommy Thorn tells the secret of what makes this award-winning restaurant so special and how he achieved 2 AA Rosettes and his first mention in the Michelin Guide.

What a joy to welcome Tommy Thorn and hear his rise to stardom from pot-washer to Master Chef Professional® Finalist and now co-owner of Puro restaurant.

He regaled us with some behind-the-scenes tales of appearing on the TV show and the lengthy application process. He also shared some top chef tips – I’m sure everyone went home and immediately tried the tin foil trick!

And not only that, but he also gave us a demo and shared some delicious petit fours with the audience.
